Simply Lettering Blog Hop & Prizes

Simply Lettering

I'm so excited to be a part of the Simply Lettering Blog Hop, which celebrates the launch of this brand new magazine. Issue one will be available to buy in stores on July 18th or you can order your copy from CraftStash. You can find a full list of retailers and international options here.

Simply Lettering is the UK’s first magazine dedicated to hand lettering and modern calligraphy, covering everything from beautiful cards and home décor to journaling and planners.

I will be a regular contributor to the magazine, where I will share my passion for journaling and lettering, along with lots of tutorials. I can't wait!

To celebrate the launch, Simply Lettering have teamed up with a plethora of lovely handlettering and journaling bloggers to take you on a week long blog hop and giveaway and to inspire you to take a little time out of your busy schedules and try your hand at modern calligraphy.

Today it’s my turn!

In this blog post, I am going to show you some of my favourite ways to decorate my hand-lettering. It's quick and easy, plus it's a great way to distract from any less than perfect wobbly lines!

I love incorporating handlettering into my journaling pages, as it really helps key words to stand out and is a great way to add your own style.

I like the journal with the dotted lines instead of solid lines, bc even as a beginner, you can make it look nice. Your work is lovely.
